Who we're looking for**Zendesk is looking for a motivated, highly detailed, and process-oriented person to join our Marketing team as a Sr. Outbound Research Representative (ORR) and drive company growth through proactive research that is dedicated to our AMER region.****As a Sr. ORR, you are responsible for gathering valuable market data and identifying potential prospects to drive the success of our AMER sales and marketing outbound activity. If you have a passion for research, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for uncovering valuable insights, this could be for you **The Outbound Research Senior will also be responsible for maintaining the highest level of data integrity in our CRM system.****This role will report to the Outbound Research & Operations Manager and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.****Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).**What you'll be doing- ** Conduct outbound research for AMER Outbound activities to identify and qualify target accounts & influencers, and decision-makers.**:- ** Gather accurate and relevant prospect data, utilising various research methods, including online databases, social media platforms, industry publications, and other resources.**:- ** Maintain the highest level of data integrity by building and enriching accounts and contacts in our CRM across our customer and prospect base.**:- ** Successfully deliver high-quality account and contact lists in line with the quarterly program requirements.**:- **Support all our business segments from SMB, Commercial, Mid-Market & Enterprise.**:- **Collaborate with the Sales Play program teams to identify target markets, develop strategies, and support pipeline generation initiatives.**:- ** Map current sources, process and tools to standardize data collection.**:- ** Manage database, define mechanisms and routines to support data integrity/quality.**:- ** Develop and maintain dashboards to bring visibility around team performance globally.**What you bring to the role- ** Bachelor's degree or higher.**:- ** Business level English.**:- ** Minimum of 5 years experience in a business environment.**:- ** Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant data management and research tools.**:- ** Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).**:- ** A results-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.**:- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.**:- ** Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people in all areas of the organization**:- ** Proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets with advanced knowledge in DataViz Tools and ERPs**:- ** Basic knowledge of database design and writing SQL Server queries****Why Zendesk**:- ** ORR leadership team is dedicated to you, your development and your success.**:- ** Our digital-first way of working allows you to work between home and office.**:- ** We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful in both locations.**:- **Access to Zendesk-led professional development programs created to accelerate your career.**:- ** Opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic and exciting environment.****Where We Work**:**Hybrid**:Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only.
