In addition, this role will work on scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.- Problem Solving skills.- Written/verbal communication skills.- Self-directed work ethic and a can-do attitude.- Technical leadership skills, cross-division, cross-group cooperation, and influence.- Tolerance of ambiguity.
