In the marine and industrial markets, we drive lightweighting, enabling our customers to achieve their goals, and contributing to a sustainable economy through our knowledge and expertise in high performance materials and engineering.**Sobre la delegación****Proposito del puesto**- Give support to the Human Resources Manager and follow up the programs of HR Dept.**Descripción****Responsabilidades principales**- Overall managing effective HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, etc- Promoting effective and most cost saving administrative management- Promoting Gurit values, Group HR and other corporate policies- Promote safe work environment and assure employees follow all safety policies.**Competencias y experiência**- Skills:- Familiar with payroll and basic employee taxation- An in-depth understanding of the HR Function, its related processes, and local employment legislation- An in-depth understanding of the work environment in Mexico- Good interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy and negotiation skills, ability to work on your own initiative, good organizational skills, ability to work with personnel at all levels, able to deal with difficult situations.**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years generalist HR- Experience of working for a Global / Multinational organization (Desired)- Experience of / Having excellent ability of setting up or significantly developing an HR Function / Department is essential**Education**:- Good academic background, educated to degree level.
