We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.**SAFETY / ENVIRONNEMENT**:- Permanently detect safety risks and react.- Ensure respect of all standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system. Manage applicable sections of Safety, Quality & Environment site’s Policy.- Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes.- Fill QRAP board on safety issues and alert leader or supervisor.- Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment.- Lead procedures respect from any workshop operator (especially on safety and quality rules).**SAFETY / ENVIRONNEMENT**:- Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume- Ensure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards 1st, immediately followed by the productivity.- Ensure Ok Start for production lines and open QRAP when needed- When needed, replace resources and operators- Prepare & participate to Changeovers in order to reduce changeover time.- Act to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions.**QUALITY**:- Ensure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity- Control production line status and react accordingly when maintenance is required**MAINTENANCE**:- Analyse defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions; escalate in case of need.- Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when production deviation- Support breakdown maintenance resources- Fill maintenance intervention requests- Realise equipment and process verification prior to start-up- Applies ERIM, make it run + detect and solve red tags.**COMMUNICATION / INVOLVEMENT / ANIMATION / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**- Inform leader or supervisor when technical or quality deviation- Welcome and train new comers (setters) using training schedule (Work instruction)- Systematically alert electrical or mechanical maintenance department in case of breakdown- Ensure and maintain 5S in his area- Create and realise Improvement Proposals to improve safety, working conditions, quality and productivity- Use and improve reaction modes in his area.**Job**:Line Setter**Organization**:Technical Methods - J**Schedule**:Full time**Employee Status**:Regular**Job Type**:Permanent contract**Job Posting Date**:_Join Us _- Being part of our team, you will join: _- _one of the largest global innovative companies, with more than 20,000 engineers working in Research & Development _- _a multi-cultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration _- _more than 100,000 colleagues in 31 countries... which make a lot of opportunity for career growth _- _a business highly committed to limiting the environmental impact if its activities and ranked by Corporate Knights as the number one company in the automotive sector in terms of sustainable development _
