Please visit our website: The CSA Site Supervisor (Day Shift) is responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural construction activities during daytime operations, ensuring compliance with design standards, safety protocols, and construction milestones. This role serves as the on-site technical and operational point of contact for contractors and coordinates daily field execution with support from the CSA Desktop and Project Management teams. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily CSA activities, ensuring adherence to construction drawings and specifications. Supervise subcontractors, providing on‑site guidance and verifying task completion. Conduct daily site walks and inspections to assess progress and identify deviations. Progress & Scheduling: Track physical progress against the schedule and provide input on daily and weekly reports. Coordinate with schedulers and contractors to align timelines and resolve bottlenecks. Assist in managing look‑ahead schedules and resource deployment. Quality & Compliance: Verify execution quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures. Support commissioning readiness by tracking inspections and documentation. Ensure all activities meet local safety codes, standards, and project‑specific requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate morning coordination meetings with trades and technical teams. Interface with vendors and delivery personnel to ensure timely access and material flow. Support the Project Manager and CSA Lead with on‑site status updates and recommendations. Qualifications Engineering or technical background in civil, structural, or architectural disciplines. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising field activities on industrial or data center projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor management, and site logistics. Proficient in field documentation tools and basic scheduling platforms. Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
