Your expertise in financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance will contribute to our continued growth and success in the dynamic Cybersecurity market.Financial Strategy and Planning:- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision, goals, and long-term plans.- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections.- Analyze financial performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.- Implement financial models and metrics to evaluate business performance and support data-driven decision-making.Financial Reporting and Analysis:- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.- Manage tax compliance, audits, and financial risk assessments for both the US and Mexican entities.Financial Operations and Controls:- Monitor and manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.- Implement financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.- Continuously assess and enhance financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Develop and execute cash management strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.International Finance and Taxation:- Manage financial operations for the subsidiary in Mexico, including compliance with local tax laws and reporting requirements.- Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to ensure adherence to international financial regulations and taxation laws.- Facilitate financial consolidation between the US and Mexican entities, reconciling intercompany transactions.Team Leadership and Development:- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, enabling their growth and maximizing their potential.**Qualifications**:- Fluent professional communication in English. Spanish is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
