Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role, you will head up medium-complexity consulting assignments and assist in developing consultancy products and services, and in contract management activities to ensure delivery of assignments.**Your responsibilities**:- Negotiating contracts to win consulting assignments and providing technical assistance and guidance to the sales team.- Conducting risk and opportunity analyses and proposing and initiating actions to mitigate and control risks, as well as activities to capitalize on business opportunities.- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.- Building strong relationships to facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices.- Aiding the development of processes and tools, ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts, and investigating inefficiencies and areas for improvement.- Coaching and developing consultants to deliver assignments with a focus on operational execution and excellence.- Driving performance to achieve financial targets within the area of responsibility.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering in control and automation, chemical, electrical, systems, electronics, mechanics or related careers.- 1-3 years of knowledge and/or experience in distributed control systems.- Travel availability of 85%.- Availability for offshore jobs.- Knowledge of communication protocols and logic control.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Advanced English Level.**More about us**:
