ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operations : Assess, plan, establish, organize, direct, control, and coordinate reliability lab activities, test capabilities, and capacities Manage all Reliability and failure analysis (FA) Lab operations Ensure equipment preventive maintenance is performed - as scheduled Ensure equipment calibration is performed with daily calibration, uniformity, MSA, temperature and humidity profile monitoring Coordinate and schedule loading plans with regular feedback to internal customers Initiate purchase requests (PR) and orders (PO) for all spares and tools as needed Maintain records and traceability for Reliability or FA requests – sample handling, storage retention, disposition and data archiving Maintain weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPI, dashboard), such as failure rates, on-time delivery, tool incidences and others Plan and manage lab supplies, consumables, and spare parts Provide weekly updates to management on lab operation status Define and drive a continuous improvement plan for the Lab Comply at all times with Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Supervision : Lead and guide Technicians, Interns, Junior Engineers and Operators to assigned tasks Define Roles & Responsibilities for the operational team Provide guidelines for each testing procedure, work instructions and equipment maintenance Develop and provide training plans for new hires, refresher and cross training as applicable Ensure compliance and regulations Assure system and documentation are updated Work on continuous updates for identified risks (HIRAC) Install and sustain 5S according to site guidelines and automation support Update and maintain all standard operating procedures (SOP) pertaining to Reliability or FA Lab operations Ensure testing is done correctly and in accordance to defined procedures Engineering : Provide guidance to requestors on sampling plans and strategy for engineering changes Support for Reliability and FA test reports Manage Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) performance monitoring and updates Identify test improvement opportunities Represent the Reliability Lab during System Audits & Process audits Support new tool qualification and setup Align with other Labs at Maxeon to streamline established processes Participate in SPS and Kaizen activities as needed Participate in Reliability Team meetings across other sites for alignment Support new reliability testing developments and provide ideas / suggestions when applicable Monitor all operational costs within approved budgets and work on cost reduction opportunities Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met #J-18808-Ljbffr
