At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**Currently we are looking for our next:**HR Ops Service Enablement Sr. Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**The Service Enablement Sr. Manager supports PepsiCo’s LATAM Human Resources Operations in achieving its overall vision by supporting service delivery and related project execution. This role acts as a connection between OUs and HR Ops Service Towers, having as responsibility to assure that service level agreements meet OUs needs, accelerate adoption of new processes and technologies, while facilitating connectivity and work across multiple entities. This includes: Service Delivery Performance Management; Communications, Change Management and Capability Building; Continuous Improvement; and Process Design.This role leads the team responsible for LATAM HR Operations’ Service Enablement, the operational engine that ensures the entire service delivery organization work towards achieving excellent employee experience. Additionally, this team will build and implement the standards, frameworks and processes needed to support the transformation of the Global HR Operations function, including identifying meaningful metrics, assessing value and identifying actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. This role is pivotal to helping the global HR Operations team create, deliver and track value for users, HR leaders and business partners.**What will you be doing?**- Lead the team responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of standards and framework manage the performance of the service delivery teams (i.e., MBS HR tower leads (TR, TM, TA, Employee Services, Data & Analytics, Learning, Vendor Management as well as Tier 0/1 support) and transformation- Assign, coordinate and oversee monitoring of service delivery accountabilities and projects among internal and external entities, e.g., MBS tower leads- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of a framework of metrics based on the organization’s overall value proposition and user / business partner needs to both support excellent execution and predict / mitigate negative impacts- Ensure the system, process and tools are in place for service delivery and are performing according to plan- Support the development of a process for obtaining feedback, synthesizing with performance metrics, analyzing and identifying highest-impact opportunities for improvement- Review delivery performance metrics for gaps and failures, collaborate with stakeholders to determine root causes and assign projects / accountabilities for resolution- Regularly report on performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders within Global HR Operations and business partners- Solve complex problems and take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, e.g., identify cross-functional projects to drive improvement and liaise with partners in other areas of HR Operations to ensure development / improvement projects are initiated and progressing as required**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- 5+ years professional work experience in a large multi-national organization - HR service delivery experience is a must- Broad experience of HR processes and procedures- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills; proficient in partnering with diverse stakeholders to identify evolving requirements, and
