**Process Manager**Company in the automotive sector located in the municipality of Apodaca, we are in search of process Manager.- **Requirement**:_- Advanced English level.- Experience in the automotive sector.- 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the automotive sector.- Knowledge of logistics.- Experience in companies with foreign investment.- Excellent production management skills, good production and operations management concepts and experience in production department management.- **Responsabilities**:_- Responsible for the formulation of 3-5 year production capacity planning for each workshop, process evaluation, process equipment, new product introduction verification, production line technical transformation, technical transformation project implementation, etc.- Responsible for construction of process system documents, product quality planning, efficiency improvement and other plans.- Responsible for inspection, correction, review and management of on-site process discipline evaluation.- Develop and break down the department's purchase material delivery accuracy indicators, and interact with suppliers on production capacity planning.- Organize meetings to analyze supplier material delivery anomalies (delivery, production capacity, cooperation, etc.), formulate countermeasures, and conduct follow-up management.- Responsible for planning, reviewing and executing the company's parts logistics, including transportation, parts packaging and logistics information system planning.- Responsible for organizing rapid response to production anomalies, analysis, countermeasures and closed-loop management.- Responsible for the formulation of department team training and talent echelon to improve professionalism and operational efficiency.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tiene como Gerente de procesos?- ¿Cuentas con conocimientos de logística?- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Cuentas con experiência en Automotriz?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
