We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a React Lead
What you’ll do:• Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.• Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.js.• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.• Estimate project timelines and deliverables and ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
Preferred experience:• Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and GraphQL.• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Advance Level of English
