Reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A, the FP&A Director will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and decision-making processes.As a member of the FP&A team, the Manager FP&A will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis processes. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing financial models in Workday Adaptive Planning, and you will have the opportunity to leverage your PowerBI skills to provide insightful reporting and visualization.**Essential job duties and responsibilities**:_Those duties necessarily meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned._- **Financial Modeling**: Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models using Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.- **Data Analysis**: Extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.- **Reporting**: Create and manage reports and dashboards in Workday Adaptive Planning and/or PowerBI to provide clear and actionable visualizations of financial performance.- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and business units, to gather data, understand key business drivers, and ensure the accuracy of financial models.- **Forecasting and Budgeting**: Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.- **Variance Analysis**: Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for budget vs. actual results, identifying key performance drivers and areas for improvement.- **Scenario Planning**: Develop and maintain scenario models to assess the impact of various business decisions and external factors on the financial performance.- **Ad Hoc Analysis**: Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as required by senior management to support decision-making.- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis processes and make recommendations for improvements.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**- Experience with building financial models in Workday Adaptive Planning.- Strong business acumen with proven work experience in a similar FP&A role (2+ years)- Strong expertise in advanced MS Excel with the ability to create advanced & dynamic models from the ground up.- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce).- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present financial data using detailed reports and summarize output for executive consumption- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Computer Science)- Experience with PowerBI or Salesforce a plus.- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups. _Pay: $80,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 11320, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- FP&A manager: 2 years (required)- CRM and ERP: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 13/09/2024Expected Start Date: 16/09/2024
