**We’re Hiring - Manufacturing Engineer**Join our fast-growing metal-mechanic manufacturing team and help us improve productivity, quality,and efficiency every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Manufacturing Engineer who sharesour values and wants to make a real impact on the shop floor and across the organization.**What You’ll Do**- Optimize and improve welding, stamping, and fabrication processes to increase productivity andquality.- Design and validate fixtures, jigs, and tooling that support safe and efficient operations.- Lead root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) and implement long-term corrective actions.- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and support cost reduction projects.- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to reduce downtime and waste.- Participate in international welding training (English required).**What We’re Looking For**- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing (welding or stamping preferred).- English communication skills (spoken and written).- Strong understanding of welding processes, fixture design, and process validation.- Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).- Analytical, proactive, and hands-on approach.**Our Core Values - How We Work and Who We Are**We don’t just talk about culture — we live it every day.
