**Process Engineer****What you’ll do**:- Improvement and development the LW Process - Follow the 1 Product 1 Process (1P1P) strategy - Create process documentation (SWI, Process parameter control, Setup, PFMEA. - Support site activities to Autonomous Manufacturing Group - Provide proper follow-up of Policy Deployment actions. - Process improvement & Autonomous Manufacturing Center metrics. - Analysis of variables & adjust process - PLC Knowledge - Experience in Automation with Robot The Process Engineer is key in the area, your experience with LW process help to development the new projects and assure the correct launch process and with the knowledge in automation, can help to reduce the cycle time, increase the PPH and assure the quality of the products. Improve the PPH by muda elimination and improvement the Robot movements, scrap reduction by through data analysis, SMED reduction, improve the process to reduce the raw material cost in Injection process area, implement the best practice for the global team, development process parameter for new programs and debug the new part number. - Design, execution, testing and monitoring of process results of quality. - Develop best practices in order to process improvement. - Updating of PFMEA. - Process improvement to reduce the scrap. DOE - Reception of new products (documentation, equipments) - ECN creation in Manit. - Engineering change standardization. - Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment. (Manufacturing Process Specification) - Development of new launch products programs - SWI, Setup creation. - Troubleshoots and solves production process/equipment problems. - Designs and plans layout for material - Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for preparing process materials - Requires knowledge of all customer-specific requirements. -knowledge in drawing interpretation 2D and Solid Works. - knowledge of troubleshooting tools. -Good in time study, line balancing and ergonomics. - Good interaction with different departments ( QC, Finance, Engineering, New launches, Security department.). -Knowledge in LW Process -Conducts tests and measurements throughout the various stages of production to determine control over variables.
