The Land Acquisition Officer will work with the PIT to implement all land acquisition and stakeholder engagement under the Project, in particular the timely engagement of stakeholders, accurate financial costing of land acquisition on title deed land and grievance procedures.Key Deliverables/Outputs- Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) implementation- Land Acquisition Consultations- Stakeholder Engagement- Efficient Financial Costing and Estimates for Land Acquisition and Compensation- Reporting- Compliance- SHEQ Championing- CultureKnowledge, Skills & Abilities- Good written and oral communication skills- Relationship management- Property valuation skills- Social safeguard policies, frameworks of donor agencies- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Flexibility to adapt to multiple activities and handle pressure.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills**Education**- Diploma in Civil or Property Development and Management or Land Survey or related discipline a bachelor’s degree will be preferable.**Experience**- 5 years minimum of professional experience in land acquisition and stakeholder management on development projects.
