In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Salesforce projects by providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.**Responsibilities**:- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements and adhere to Salesforce best practices- Lead technical teams in the development of Salesforce customizations and integrations- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers- Conduct code reviews to ensure that Salesforce code adheres to best practices- Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions- Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesCompensation and Benefits- Competitive monthly gross salary (Payroll)- Superior law benefits- Remote workThe Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
