**Objective**To support Alabama's Finance team with Cost Controlling activities.**Main Responsibilities**- Manufacturing cost analysis and control- Labor productivity analysis and control- Calculation and analysis of cost of poor quality (internal scrap, external scrap, quality inspections, sorting and premium freights)- Control of cost reduction projects.- Support of cost control meeting- Calculation of tariff- Ad hoc calculations of consumables, spare part consumption- Support manpower calculation- Preparation of presentations and dashboards.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, data analytics or similar.- Proficient English and Spanish.- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.- Strong analytical skills- No experience needed- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
