**Senior Test Automation Engineer**Thomson Reuters _OnePass_ is an internally-developed Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) service built to handle the complex authentication requirements for Thomson Reuters Legal Division products.This role is in the Platform Engineering organization, where we build the foundational capabilities on which Thomson Reuters runs. Our team is responsible for OnePass, an authentication system designed to securely manage customer authentication and coarse-grained authorization for users and services accessing products developed by the Legal Division at Thomson Reuters.This role will be part of a team in Mexico in partnership with team members in Minneapolis, MN, USA.As an employee at Thomson Reuters, you will play a role in shaping and leading the global knowledge economy. As the world’s leading provider of intelligent information, we want your unique perspective to create the solutions that advance our business—and your career.**About the Role**As a **Senior Test Automation Engineer,**you will:**Develop and Deliver**:- Collaborate with CIAM product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and software engineers to understand product requirements and develop test plans.- Develop and execute automated and manual test suites for OnePass.- Work with developers to identify and resolve defects found in OnePass.- Use testing tools and techniques to ensure software quality and adherence to best practices.- Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process and methodologies.- Communicate on issues that may affect sprints, identify process improvements, and work with the technical team to ensure sprint success.- Model participation in a Scrum team and embrace the agile work model.- Work primarily.Net, ASP.Net and Selenium.**Be collaborative**:- Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, scrum masters, software engineers, DevOps engineers, product managers and project managers to deliver phenomenal software.- Demonstrate and model transparency and collaboration with teams across the company.**Be curious and innovative**:- Keep up to date with emerging cloud technology trends, especially in Identity & Access Management and test automation.**About You**You're a fit for the role of** Senior Test Automation Engineer**if you have:**Basic qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, especially in Test Automation and QA.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.- Experience working with Continuous Integration.- Understanding of testing metrics and experience using metrics to target process and efficiency improvements.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.**Preferred qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.- Experience with automation tools and processes.LI-DD3**What’s in it For You?**- ** Hybrid Work Model**: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.- ** Flexibility & Work-Life Balance**: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
