100% Mexican company with 30 years of experience providing IT services and products to important national and international companies.Due to the expansion of our services, we invite you to join our team:Bilingual Microsoft Specialist**Location**: 100% remote in Mexico**Workday**: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.**Contract**: 5 - month projectResponsabilitiesMigrate a user from one tenant to another tenant, instructions will be providedAble to troubleshoot issues during the tenancy migration includes, but not limited to:Client Operating Systems (Windows 10 & 11).Client hardware computing offerings.Office 365 and other user collaboration cloud services.Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.Internet browser solutions and strategy.End User identity management systems.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related.5+ years relevant IT experience.Spanish and English language skillset.Excellent skills and experience in Microsoft Client Technologies (O365, AD Entra etc.).Handling tenancy migration related issues whether it is Workstation, O365, Azure, AD, MDM, Exchange & Ms Teams.Extensive experience of End User Computing services in capacity of a desktop support analyst.**Salary**: $32,000 MXN - $35,000 MXNLegal benefitsLife insuranceGrocery vouchersFree courses and trainingAcademic and business agreements
