Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**DataBase management:- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle, MS SQL and some other database solutions.Performance Optimization:- Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and effiency.Security, Backup and Recovery- Ensure database security by implementing access controls and monitoring for potential threats.- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data.Troubleshooting:- Diagnose and resolve database issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.- Support end users by handling database-related ticketsDocumentation:- Document and maintain detailed records of database configurations, updates and procedures.Collaboration:- Work closely with international teams to support database-related needs and projects.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle and MS SQL database administration.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Oracle (data guard and replication) and MS SQL database management.- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.- Experience with backup and recovery procedures.- Understanding of database security best practices.- Adequate Unix/Linux systems administration experience to perform DBA tasksSoft Skills:- Excellent organizational skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.- Advanced English language skills.- Highly motivated to solve problems efficiently, fast troubleshooting and resolution skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Certifications in Oracle and/or MS SQL database administration.- Experience with cloud-based database solutions.- Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Eugenia RodriguezPERIFERICO SUR 7988JALISCOPhone:
