Engage in code reviews, both reviewing others' code and having yours reviewed, to maintain high software quality and learn best practices. Stay updated with new Python frameworks and libraries. Participate actively in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project development and team dynamics. Here's What We're Looking For1 year of experience with Python. Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures. Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
