You will ensure that projects are aligned with organizational goals, executed efficiently, and completed successfully within the designated time frame and budget.**Key Responsibilities**:- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, both customer-facing and internal projects.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively allocating resources to meet project requirements.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.- Conducting regular project reviews and status updates and providing timely reports to management.- Facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes to overcome project challenges and drive results.- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.**Required Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.- Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical concepts related to software development and implementation.- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Highly analytical, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify critical issues, and propose practical solutions.- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in a presales team, participating in the assessment of proposals and project deliverables.- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent project management credentials, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles and best practices.
