Funciones- Supervisar el diseño, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de moldes y troqueles- Asegurar la calidad, funcionalidad y seguridad de los herramentales en producción- Implementar mejoras de diseño y desempeño de tooling para reducir scrap y tiempos de ciclo- Planear y asignar actividades del equipo de supervisores de tooling- Monitorear KPIs como disponibilidad de herramientas, MTTR/MTBF scrap por falla de tooling- Suprervisar disenos y costos de herramientas y moldes de fabricacion asegurando cumplimiento de calidad y produccion- Garantizar la seguridad en el manejo, mantenimiento y operación de moldes y troqueles conforme los procedimiento y medidas internas- Mantener comunicación efectiva con areas de ingenieria, produccion, calidad y logísticaCompetencias- Inglés avanzado- GD&T, Die Design, Solid Works, Autocad, Catia; Tooling Maintenance certification- Aplicación de principios Lean en diseño y mantenimiento de moldesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100,000.00 - $102,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
