Materials Clerk

**Location**:Reynosa Tamaulipas, MX, 88710**Business Unit**:Treitler FMH**Posting Date**:Aug 1, 2025- We are looking for a Materials Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling in-process material inventory, ensuring timely material supply to production lines, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and inventory accuracy- Main Responsibilities- Maintain, control, and report the status of in-process material inventory.- Generate and execute action plans to achieve and maintain target inventory levels in manufacturing areas.- Propose and implement improvements to material flow processes.- Receive and verify production materials.- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.- Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards and policies.- Escalate issues to management and ensure timely follow-up.- Supply materials to production lines based on material tickets and production requirements.- Experience & Skills- High School Diploma.- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is a plus.AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
