**Job Details****What you will do?**:**We are responsible for $60M third Party Spend that is bought through 400 different suppliers and is divided into 38 different Categories. The business consist of 90K active SKU’s where we use in average 30K per year. The buyer needs to execute two main activities that are Operational Sourcing which consist of active quoting of open customer requirements and Strategical Sourcing which consist of identifying sources that will provide more value to our company.**:**How you will do it?**:**Identifies, researches, evaluates, and selects suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Sets and achieves day-to-day objectives that have some impact on others within job area.**:**- **Quote Sales Force Request - New or Inactive SKU’s**:- **Quote ECN’s and update the system (read drawing and specs)**:- **Expedite escalations on urgent costumer needs**:- **Participate in Lead Time reduction projects and secure they are updated in system**:- **Control and approve Procurement activities specified in Policies and Procedures (DOA)**:- **Track financial variances PPV by using our reporting tool. (Phase 0-5 and over lifetime)**:- **Vendor Master - Create new vendors in system, update information and deactivate/reactivate**:- **Invoice on Hold and Credit hold resolution**:- **Support to implement strategies to reduce suppliers, in line with agreed targets Support implementation of Global Commodity strategies**:- **Responsible for achieving the business unit procurement goal - and action plans. Meet or exceed saving plan goals: cost savings, economics, supplier rationalization, NPI and other agreed objectives.**:- **Improve working capital through optimum payment terms**:- **Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities Support and implement growth initiatives (VMI, Drop Shipping, Blue Label, SKU Rationalization)**:- **Quality and Supplier Productivity: Pro-actively drive supplier productivity initiatives and jointly develop supplier quality road maps.**:- **HTS & COO - Support business updating information when needed**:**What are we looking for?**:**Highly motivated individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities. Validated leadership, organization, planning, administration, and team playing skills. Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions. Outstanding interpersonal skills required to interact with internal customers and suppliers**:**- **Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in procurement including Buying and leading commodities (Engineer, Commerce, Administration, Finance)**:- **Microsoft Office and other business systems software ERP - AS400 (preferably)**:- **Read Engineer Drawings and Specs**:- **Source multiple Categories**:- **Negotiate and create impact analysis**:
