DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:Our Creative Studio for SSL (Spanish speaking LATAM) is looking for a high performing graphic designer to support our team's projects, strategies and initiatives through creative thinking, strategy creation and exceptional designs as Design Manager.In this role, you will be in charge of updating and managing for all DiDi’s verticals, such as Rides, Food, Fintech among others, the creative guidelines for the different owned channels considering the brand's communication strategy for this year. You will also have to deepen the brand manual to land with coherence the visual-communication strategy that seeks cohesion between all verticals.Role Responsibilities:- Look for trends and innovations (in design and tools) to keep our templates up to date.- Generate templates for the different own channels and verticals together with the UX team.- Assist in the daily tasks of the Creative Studio (regionally).- Team up with different teams and agencies to align brand graphics.- Assist in the creation of strategies that help the performance and effectiveness of campaigns and different pieces (Yes Numbers in design).- Manage a team of designers to develop different projects that bring innovation to the brand in terms of design and performance.Role Qualifications:- Graphic designer with +7 years of experience- Experience in team management- Knowledge and use of Adobe Suite- Knowledge of Figma and/or Sketch- Knowledge of UX/UI- The best and most positive attitude- Willingness to constant change and a very dynamic environment- Proactive and professional with problem solving skills- Fluency in Spanish and fluency in English (spoken and written)- Ability to handle audiences and with very good public presentation skills- Detail oriented and able to deliver results with high expectations of timeliness and qualityEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
