RESPONSIBILITIES- Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules that accurately include all required dates, activities, and milestones.- Set clear resources, timelines and allocations to ensure that NPDI deliverables are met and within timelines- Ensure that Prototyping production programs are delivered on time, within scope, resources are allocated and 2wks build time is met- Provide updates on program status, challenges, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.- Manage and resolve any project risks, delays, or bottlenecks.- Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives for upper management & Executives- Perform critical path analyses, identify schedule-related problems, and recommend corrective actions.- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the AME Regional team.- Proficient in use and follow of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to follow up CO execution, assignment and correct processingQUALIFICATIONS.- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in production management, project management, or program management. Ideally hands on experience in Production Startup, Product Transfer and Product Development of large systems, electromechanical components- Strong experience managing teams and leading complex production programs.- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.- A master's degree may be preferred.- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for communication with diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex production problems.- Strong understanding of quality management systems and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) is advantageous.
