Empresa dedicada a la tecnología y a la educación se encuentra en búsqueda de talento**Objetivo**Brindar soporte académico a la comunidad de EMTECH en el marco del programa de **Learner Success** buscando impulsar el éxito en los programas de formación.**Requisitos**- Experiência en programas de formación acompañando procesos y casos académicos con estudiantes.- Experiência acompañando estrategias de permanencia y retención estudiantil.- Experiência en gestión académico-administrativa.- Experiência trabajando en programas académicos gestionando casos académicos.- Experiência en temas/programas asociados a estudios de género (deseable).- Paquetería de office (principalmente Word y Excel).- Paquetería de Google (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms y PPT).- Plataformas LMS.- Conocimiento sobre plataformas CRM (deseable Salesforce).- Conocimiento de Locker studio (deseable).- Conocimiento en análisis de datos (deseable).**Principales Actividades**- Acompañar a la Coordinación de programa en la gestión de los programas académicos durante la preoperación, operación y cierre de cada implementación.- Elaboración de reportes e informes de las implementaciones.- Elaboración de presentaciones para sesiones con estudiantes y colaboradores internos.- Seguimiento al óptimo desarrollo académico de los estudiantes.- Implementación del programa Learner Success.**Beneficios**- Trabajo 100% Home Office- Beneficios adicionales
