**Job Summary/Overview**:Responsible for moving products and materials within the company's facilities (warehouse, shipping, etc), through the use of the forklift. The objective of the position is to ensure that material and products are always in the right place for maximum efficiency.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Perform routine inspections on forklifts to ensure safe operating conditions and/or determine the need for repairs and maintenance.- Safely operate forklift equipment, as well as the correct placement of product in proper locations.- Responsible for the care and proper handling of materials and products.- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures.- Identifying damage and reporting quality faults or deficiencies.- Maintain up to date activity and inventory records.- Complying with legal guidelines and company regulations- Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly environment in the facility- Handle materials in a safe and orderly manner.- Loading and unloading of materials- Stock organization- Reviewing Production Orders, signatures, filling out forms, and Turn in.Note: The list of activities is not limitative and if necessary the company may ask you to perform other activities that have not been expressed here.**Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities**:- Use of Forklift- Use of Hydraulic Skid- Cyclic Counting- Assortment of materials**Required Qualifications**:- High school, high school and/or equivalent.- 2+ Years Experience as Forklift Operator- DC3, Certificate, Forklift Driver License in force- Knowledge of office software- Rotate shifts
