Solicita**:_**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER****¿Qué ofrecemos?**- **SUELDO BASE MENSUAL**: _**$12,000 - 15,000 (De acuerdo con la experiência)-Paga Quincenal-**_- _**ESQUEMA DE COMISIONES ATRACTIVO (CALCULADAS Y PAGADAS TRIMESTRALMENTE)**_- _**VALES DE DESPENSA $500 QUINCENALES**_- _**BONOS DE DESEMPEÑO**_- **PRESTACIONES DE LEY (DESPUES DE PERIODO DE PRUEBA) AL TERCER MES**:- **GYM****¿Qué necesitas?**:- **Ultimo Grado de Estudios: UNIVERSiTARIO (Opcional)**:- Experiência en ventas y desarrollo de negocio en **casas de bolsa, broker de inversión, banca, academias de trading u otros sectores afines**:- **Conocimiento en prospección en frio.**:- **Habilidad de crear Cartera.**:- **Disponibilidad de horario laboral: Lunes a viernes 8:00 - 5:30 pm con una hora de comida**:- **Disponibilidad de trasladarse a REFORMA 180, Juárez, Cuahtémoc (Zona de Trabajo)****Funciones principales**:- _**Realizar prospección EN FRÍO y utilizar la red de contactos (ocasionalmente) para buscar potenciales inversionistas y clientes**_- _**CREAR CARTERA.**_- _**Generar y gestionar el incremento de entradas de inversión, convirtiendo los leads en cuentas reales**_- _**Asistir a los clientes en el proceso de fondeo de sus cuentas para realizar trading con MetaTrader 4, asegurando una adecuada administración de ventas y apertura de cuentas**_- _**Establecer relaciones leales y a largo plazo con los clientes**_- _**Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de validación para facilitar la apertura de las cuentas de trading**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Prospección de clientes: 2 años (Deseable)- Broker Trading: 2 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
