Join us as a Campaigns Specialist Junior and help us scale powerful campaigns for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.- Execute paid strategies across platforms with a performance mindset.- Collaborate with designers and video editors to create ad content.- Analyze campaign data and make improvements to increase results.- Generate leads through strategic B2B marketing efforts.**What We’re Looking For**:Based in GuadalajaraFLUENT English—spoken and written1+ year of experience in online marketing1+ year of experience in lead generation / B2B strategiesProven experience in creating paid campaignsKnowledge of audience targeting and keyword strategyGoogle Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a strong plusOrganized, analytical, and creative mindset.**What We Offer**:**Salary: $14,000-$16,000 MXN/month (based on experience and skills)**Ongoing training and professional developmentReal growth opportunitiesWork hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-FridayLaw benefits**Important: Fluent English Required | Guadalajara-based position**Pay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Work Location: In person
