At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Sr. Analyst,Central User Access Management****Main Purpose****Accountabilities**- Act as the single point of contact to GBS transition managers and Functional Leads for the delivery of systems enablement and user access- Develop detailed plan for Global GBS systems enablement and access enablement tasks- Provide leadership and oversee the work of completing user access for a functional tower- Deliver continuous improvement projects to make GBS Systems Enablement Better, Stronger and Faster- Deliver user access digital dashboards and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Engage with IT and Business stakeholders to resolve IT enablement issues- Collaborate with External/Vendor IT teams to facilitate 3rd party user access provisioning- Contribute to Systems Enablement DEV/SEC/OPS- Support the access management team to monitor security access approvals and resolve risks and issues.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Education/requirements**- 7 - 9 years overall experience- 2 - 4 years team project management / leadership experience- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field- Agile Project Delivery- Strong data analytical skills- RPA Development / Administration- L2 Application support experience- Experience with UIPath, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Analytics Tools (PowerBI, Tableau)- Proficient in MS Excel, PPT- Security access management experience preferred**Non Technical Skills**- Ability to engage in business discussions and collect user requirements- Ability to collaborate across multiple global teams- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Meeting facilitation and Co-ordination- Working knowledge of IT ecosystems- Business and IT meeting facilitation skills- Experiencing delivering projects with Agile**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
