You will build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organization, their strategies and objectives to optimize engagements and revenue. Developing insight solutions to client issues through accurate, creative and actionable shopper insights from dunnhumby’s tools (data analysis & strategic consultancy). Supporting the Account Manager or Senior Client Lead to deliver a seamless and proactive service to deliver client solutions that drive unique value using the suite of dunnhumby capabilities. Ownership of specific accounts. What we expect from you Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any Marketing or Economics subject. Experience of 3 - 5 years in Business Analytics, Reading and understanding of consumer market trends (Retail and/or Manufacturer) Experience engaging with stakeholders of different levels at our retail partner’s current client organizations. Category Manager (CATMAN) Dermocosmetics We are looking for a Senior Category & Shopper Leader to drive profitable growth of assigned categories through data-driven strategic management . This role bridges shopper insights, business strategy, and client objectives , ensuring that assortment, space, and promotional decisions maximize profitability, visibility, and brand competitiveness within the pharmaceutical channel . Key Responsibilities Analyze sales, turnover, and market share data to optimize category performance. Design and implement Category Management and Shopper Marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives. Develop planograms and space planning strategies using tools such as Spaceman / Nielsen Spaceman . Translate shopper and market insights into actionable strategies that improve brand visibility and profitability. Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution at point of sale. Prepare executive-level reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. This position operates in a fast-paced retail and dermocosmetic/FMCG environment , where the main challenge is converting complex market data into actionable, high-impact strategies. The role offers high autonomy in work organization and strategic decision-making and has been approved for the upcoming year, reflecting its strategic relevance within the organization. Scope Strong influence on category performance, assortment, space allocation, and promotional effectiveness. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering , or related field. Experience Minimum 8 years in Marketing, Category Management, or Trade Marketing . Experience within Dermocosmetic, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is highly desirable. Proven experience working with pharmaceutical retail clients , preferably Farmacias del Ahorro . Languages Advanced English (mandatory). Key Skills Strong strategic and analytical mindset. Advanced Excel and database analysis skills. Hands-on experience with Space Planning tools (Spaceman, Planogram Generator, or similar). Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and negotiate at an institutional level. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies that align our supply chain services with the client’s specific business objectives. Data Analysis & Forecasting: Use demand patterns and statistical inference to improve supply chain effectiveness and inform decision-making. Sustainable Cost Reduction: Drive efficiency-based cost savings through genuine process improvements rather than margin pressure. Technical Communication: Utilize computer systems to gather complex information and compile it into professional, customer-presentable formats. Qualifications & Skills Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to apply judgment and critical thinking to assess performance. Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference is required. Advanced Systems Proficiency: Expert level in Microsoft Excel . Familiarity with business systems (ERP/MRP ). Experience Oracle is a plus. Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams. Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying root causes of failures and implementing effective, long-term solutions. Communication: Fluent English proficiency with the ability to lead technical and strategic conversations. Requirements Experience: + 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customer account management. Industry: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
