The Application Specialist/Engineer will support the Finance team in the usage and maintenance of our ERP platform and associated systems.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Configuration and administration of financial systems, including account management, access roles and permissions, security, and workflow automations.- Ensure change management processes are continuously followed, documented, and tested to meet our Quality Management System requirements.- Collaborate with the Finance and IT Business Analysts to gather and document functional/technical requirements and translate into operational solutions.- Work directly with internal/external developers, to drive and coordinate larger projects while assisting with execution.- Provide training to individuals and user groups within the company.DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE- Provide direction and solutions that support the company and department strategic initiatives.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES- Three-to-five (3-5)years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline, or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience.- NetSuite Administrator Certification.- Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience with Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.- Knowledge of item management, inventory management and related warehouse management solutions, focusing on how these relate to modules within NetSuite.- Programming Languages: SuiteScript, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, Python, Java, etc.- Pragmatic problem-solver, possessing outstanding attention to detail and a proven ability to break problems down and resolve them efficiently.- Ability to facilitate and/or challenge decisions within or across teams, leading to a collaborative outcome/plan.- Exceptional organizational and project management skills that can be deployed across system implementations, upgrades, and strategic improvement projects.- Can effectively communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users and stakeholders.DESIRABLE- Worked within an Agile environment with strong teamwork experience.- Understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Demand and Release Management).- Experience with multi-book accounting practices in NetSuite.- Experience with implementing SAP Concur.At Signant Health, accepting difference isn’t enough—we celebrate it, we support it, and we nurture it for the benefit of our team members, our clients and our community.
