With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS****Job Objective**Plan, perform, and set up approval tests for progressive tools and requalification testsPlan, perform, and set up mechanical series-accompanying testsProcess returns and analyze defective devices from final inspectionsTasks / Area of Responsibility**Planning, performing, and evaluating**Plan, perform, and evaluate a variety of tests as stipulated in the testing order, requirement specification, and test instruction incl. requalificationSelect components and units and initiate the procurement steps in order to perform the aforementioned testsCreate and supplement testing programs Prepare tests and inspections (such as functional dimension checks) on components, assemblies, and productsPlan and perform series-accompanying tests in accordance with the QPC/CP specificationsPlan and perform individual tests and endurance tests in order to determine reliability, strength, wear, or functionality, for examplePlan and perform benchmark runs, log the results, and check that the results are plausibleDraft test results and evaluate the resultsAssist with advising the customer on the potential for optimization; assist with solution concepts for the investigated components, assemblies, and devicesAssist with processing customer complaints about series devices and manufacturing difficulties in consultation with those affected (including Quality Assurance for internal factory, Assembly, development laboratories)**Other tasks**Modify, maintain, and service devices and testing equipmentDocument maintenance and repair activities (fault causes, disturbance variables, etc.)**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**Knowledge of ISO IEC 17025:2017Microsoft office toolsKnowledge of basics electronic circuits.Measurements test equipmentMechanical tools handlingANA MORANPhone:
