Join the Team as an Odoo Functional Analyst International Project - 100% Remote Work Are you an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant ready to join a global, agile, and highly professional team? This opportunity is for you. We are looking for Mexican talent to join a temporary, high-impact, and challenging project. You will act as the bridge between client requirements and the capabilities of the Odoo system, configuring effective solutions using standard functionalities and ensuring a well-documented, user-adapted implementation. Main Responsibilities Analyze client needs and propose functional solutions using Odoo. Configure the ERP according to best practices, prioritizing standard functionality over custom developments. Guide users through system adoption and deliver functional training. Document requirements, workflows, and configurations. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain clear communication and provide consistent project follow-up with the client. Mandatory Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a functional consultant or Odoo implementer. Advanced level of Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong functional knowledge of key modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects, or Manufacturing. Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Immediate availability. Desirable Qualifications Educational background in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Basic understanding of Python and XML (even though this is a functional role). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Strong analytical skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
