Application Development Group Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Application Development Group Manager accountable for managing a group of multi-geography Technical Leads and Developers (staff and non-employees)- Responsible for establishing team's goals aligned to business and technology strategy- Responsible for engaging Function Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, Scrum masters and other key individuals ensuring proper quality and timelines are met- Responsible for defining deliverables timelines in waterfall, iterative or agile methodologies- Team is responsible for producing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, permits (design, build, implementation) and driving technical discussions with partners- Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)- Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results- Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources- Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary**Qualifications**:- 8+ years of relevant experience- Experience in management- Experience managing global technology teams- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceExperiência deseable de 8 años en:- Big Data y arquitectura aplicaciones de software para manejo de datos en gran volumen.- Multigeografico, pueda trabajar con diferentes Horarios, ejemplo la India, EUA, Argentina y México.- Experiência con proyectos de digitalización en sector bancario, con conocimientos en finanzas, riesgo y control.- Manejo de equipos globales y multidisciplinarios.- Desarrollo de plataformas de datos con herramientas como Power BI, Tableau.- Conocimientos de arquitectura de datos a gran escala.- Conocimientos de metodologías ágiles y en cascada.- Inglés Avanzado indispensable- **Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Applications Development- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
