Our goal is to unify all Operating Units (OUs) on a single, standardized planning platform—**Cockpit**—to enable real-time decision support, eliminate manual processes (Excel, PPT, PDF), and deliver an agile, user-friendly performance management tool.**Cockpit**, PepsiCo’s digital performance reporting platform, serves over **7,000 users** and generates **175,000 views per month**, driving insights and efficiency across the organization.As a **Data Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping PepsiCo’s digital reporting ecosystem. You will partner with global sectors and functions to gather requirements, design and develop dashboards, and continuously enhance the Cockpit platform.
