Opex Director

We are seeking an experienced Opex Director with a strong background in Lean Systems and OPEX activities.
This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving change, optimizing processes, and developing talent within a multinational environment. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and the skills to influence at all levels, we invite you to join our team.
Formal qualifications required:
- 5-10 years of plant management experience, preferably in the automotive and other industries.
- 10 years of experience leading Opex activities.
- Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with plant personnel and upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support lean training, report generation, data analysis, and Excel/PowerPoint presentations.
- Formal qualifications in Lean and Six Sigma and experience leading OPEX initiatives.
Previous experience required:
- Extensive experience at a regional or global level within a large organization, working across different cultures.
- Proven experience developing people and delivering improvements within manufacturing, supply chain, and quality organizations.
- Experience in cost management and leading operations for multinational companies.
- Proven experience in developing people and delivering improvements using value stream deployment.
