We are seeking an experienced Opex Director with a strong background in Lean Systems and OPEX activities.

This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving change, optimizing processes, and developing talent within a multinational environment. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and the skills to influence at all levels, we invite you to join our team.

Formal qualifications required:

  • 5-10 years of plant management experience, preferably in the automotive and other industries.
  • 10 years of experience leading Opex activities.
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with plant personnel and upper management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support lean training, report generation, data analysis, and Excel/PowerPoint presentations.
  • Formal qualifications in Lean and Six Sigma and experience leading OPEX initiatives.

Previous experience required:

  • Extensive experience at a regional or global level within a large organization, working across different cultures.
  • Proven experience developing people and delivering improvements within manufacturing, supply chain, and quality organizations.
  • Experience in cost management and leading operations for multinational companies.
  • Proven experience in developing people and delivering improvements using value stream deployment.
