Steelcase is hiring a**Senior Financial Analyst on our Global FP&A team** In this role you will utilize your financial expertise and business consulting services to assist the company meet overall profit targets and business plans.**What You Will Be Doing**:This role will support the Manager of FP&A to drive critical business initiatives related to business planning and strategy. Your goal in this position is to perform financial analyses, report on financial results to senior management, build financial forecasts and plans, and partner with leaders across the organization to drive strategic execution. You will partner with executives, strategy, investor relations, product development and other teams globally including senior leadership within and outside of finance**Your Future Team**:Your future team consists of passionate professionals that put people first, value a diverse set of insights, and relentlessly pursue progress. You will work directly with a broad group of qualified analysts and leaders, including our CFO.**Who You Are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting and/or related areas- Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues- Excellent business acumen skills.- Strong understanding of income statement dynamics, financial impact of economic trends and other business drivers along with a strong curiosity to understand the drivers of market changes.- Demonstrates high proficiency in financial and accounting knowledge.- Able to analyze situations, draw conclusions, and make decisions based on business and financial information.- Excellent Excel Skills**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Proficiency with SAP/BPC, Tableau preferred- CPA or MBA preferred**Why People Choose to Work With Us**:We pride ourselves on being an inclusive, collaborative, global finance organization.
