We want to help thousands of entrepreneurs make better decisions with data and insights from our platform.Position:Talent Acquisition Partner(MATERNITY LEAVE) (3 months)#Fairplay is looking for a highly motivated, smart, energetic, and well-organized Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City. As the TA reporting to the Head of People (For now directly to the CEO).# Key**Responsibilities**:- To be a talent attraction consultant for all areas of the company.- Listen and understand the main needs of Hiring Managers in the search for new talent.- Perform constant hunting of new talents in social networks, university bags, bootcamps and LinkedIn mainly.- Coordinate with the People OPS and People Culture team Onboarding process.# Requirements## Essential:- +3 years of experience in attracting talent in an agile and fast way.- Organized and detail oriented.- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.## Highly Recommended- A strong planner with exceptional attention to detail- A strong passion for continuously improving processes- A self-starter with a passion for Talent.- Experience in high-growth companies with a strong culture- Innovative thinking## Personal Skills- Positive personality with excellent verbal communication skills.- Strong work ethic and ability to working independently.- Flexibility - things change around here.
