If yes, we are looking for you.Join our team and work with us on our expansion project in Mexico, driving renewal and upsell opportunities.**About the Role**:**Responsibilities**- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers- Manage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting- Identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Respond to inbound commercial inquiries and route complex opportunities appropriately- Partner with CSMs to align renewal timing with customer value realization- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions**Daily Activities**- ** Renewal Management**: Drive timely and accurate renewals by managing quotes, contracts, and customer communications, ensuring a seamless experience- ** Commercial Execution**: Handle inbound commercial requests, identify small-scale upsell opportunities, and support pricing discussions in collaboration with CSMs & Sales- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms- ** Data & Forecasting**: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, update CRM records, and ensure visibility into commercial performance- ** Customer Communication**: Engage with customers to confirm renewal intent, clarify terms, and ensure commercial alignment with their evolving needs**Key Metrics**- ** Renewal & Retention**: Percentage of contracts successfully renewed and customers retained within assigned accounts- ** Cross-Sales & Upsells**: Revenue generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities identified and executed through the renewal process**About You**You’re a fit for the role if your background includes the following:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, (or a related field) or relevant experience- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring**Education & Experience**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment**Skills & Attributes**- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through- Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities**Compensation**Base salary + variable commissions based on performance metrics.Premium benefits**To apply, please upload your updated resume in English.****Location: CDMX**LI-JA1**What’s in it For You?**- ** Hybrid Work Model**: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.- ** Flexibility & Work-Life Balance**: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
