MULTIFUNCTIONAL POSITION IN CHARGE OF IMPORT AND EXPORT OPERATION PROVIDING FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORT AND PROBLEM SOLUTION, FOCUSED ON THE INTEGRITY OF IMPORT AND EXPORT OPERATIONS BASED ON THE TRADE COMPLIANCE COMPANY POLICY AND COUNTRY REGULATIONS.- INVOICING OF IMPORT AND EXPORTOPERATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS AND THE COMPANY'S LEGAL COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT.- PROCESSING OF SPECIALIMPORT AND EXPORTOPERATIONS- CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF ANNEX 24 AND 31, TRACEABILITY AND RECONCILIATION OF INVENTORIES- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH FOREIGN TRADE PROGRAMS AND CERTIFICATIONS- IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPORTAND EXPORT OPERATIONS AUDITS MANTAINING ACCURACYON THE INFORMATION, DOCUMENTATION AND NECESSARY STATEMENTS PRESENTED TO THE MEXICAN AND FOREIGN AUTHORITIES.- MONITORING REQUEST TO FOREIGN TRADE SUPPLIERS AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS.- DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATION INDICATORS FOCUSED ON IMPROVING OPERATIONS AND PROCEDURES- DEVELOPMENT OF IDEAS,IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OF PROJECTS ALIGNEDTO CORPORATE STRATEGIES WITH AN IMPACT ON SAVINGS, TIMES REDUCTION, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, COST AND PRODUCTIVITY.- GENERATE AND CONTROLDIGITAL FILE OF IMPORT AND EXPORT FILES.- PREPARATION OF STATISTICAL REPORTS AS ANNEX31, INEGI, ANNUALREPORT, TAXES, DUTIESAND OPERATING EXPENSES AMONG OTHER DELIVERABLES.- COORDINATE WITH MANAGEMENT AND LEADERS OF INVOLVED AREAS ON ISSUES, OPPORTUNITIES, RECOMENDATIONS, PROBLEM SOLUTIONS, AND PARTNER WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS ON INITIATIVES.- CONTROL OF CUSTOM BROKERFEES, REVISION OF EXPENSES REPORTS,EXPENSES RELATED TO IMPORT AND EXPORT OPERATIONS.- APPLICATION AND PREPARATION OF CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN BASEDON MEXICO FOREIGNTRADE AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER COUNTRIES WITH SUPPORT OF ORIGIN ANALYSIS.- PROCESSING AND SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS TO DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT DEPENDENCIES- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE- TRADE COMPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE CUSTOM LAW AND REGULATION INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS TARIFF CLASSIFICATION- INVENTORY CONTROLSYTEMS OF MAQUILA EXPORTINDUSTRY / IMMEXANNEX 24 AND ANNEX 31 ALL REGIMEN OF IMPORT AND EXPORT OPERATIONS.- SUPPLY CHAIN AND SECURITY PROGRAMS**About Howmet Aerospace
