Role Description Lead II – Software Engineering. We are seeking a highly skilled Mid/Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and experience in building scalable, high‑quality applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and related technologies. Work with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and query development. Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality software solutions. Utilize Git and Visual Studio for version control and development. Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and application performance. Required Skills C#/.NET SQL Server HTML Git, Visual Studio Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications React, JavaScript, Angular Dapper Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of cloud‑based solutions and deployment strategies Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture English Communication Proficiency: Advanced Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability and proactive approach to challenges Benefits Employees receive mandatory and non‑mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
