PVT Quality Analysts work closely with plant PVT teams, Program Quality, and Vehicle Programs to provide in-depth analysis of key quality metrics. Specifically, focusing on warranty and cost, as these are critical drivers of our company's objectives.Quality Analysts leverage advanced data analysis tools to help teams clearly understand their program status in relation to our two main targets: R1000 and CPU.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics, other applicable fields.- Ability to respond and prioritize dynamic workload demands from different sources and collaborate with offsite teams- 0- 2y of Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (pivots) and databases- Experience in Early Concern Binning, Product Development, Warranty and/or Product Field Analysis- Data logging and book-keeping skills, ability to manage/own multiple sources of information and cascade to appropriate team(s).- Understanding of vehicle architectures and components.- Strong attention to detail- Strong Interpersonal Skills and general program management familiarity: Project timing and planning to meet business objectives.- Strong Organization and Writing Skills**DISCLAIMER**Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.Quality Analysts support PVT for assigned plant/program by providing in-depth quality analysis of quality metrics related to warranty, cost, NPS and IQS.Required reports include but are not limited to:- Early Warranty Reports- Cutoff Lookahead dashboard- Warranty Cutoff Deck- Paynter- Claim lists- Form 4/Critical X- FTR charts (R/1000 and CPU)- Bowler Chart (R/1000 and CPU)- BSAQ status- VQR Deck- Quality flash- Target distributionPVT Quality Analyst are also responsible for managing and distributing weekly QPST agenda.
