Teams are continuously working to develop leading-edge technology that can not only add convenience to the daily lives of so many drivers across the country but our advancements in safety and security could also help save their lives.**Responsibilities**:The QA Engineer's primary responsibilities will be to define, implement, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure product quality.What you'll do:Work with QA and functional/development teams to understand end-to-end system functionalityDefine, implement, and maintain automated test suites for the new and modified functionalitySolve complex automation challenges and work on complex projects with mínimal supervisionSet and review script quality standards and practicesPerform automated test demos and walk through the test scripts with other team membersPerform automated tests, work with QA and functional/development teams to triage test resultsIdentify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to managementAssist with executing non-functional testing in terms of performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems**Skills**:Must haveGeneral:Bachelor's or Master's Degree either in CS, EE, or EC EngineeringA clear understanding of the Scrum methodologyExperience working with Configuration Management Systems (CMS) like Jira, and ConfluenceSoftware development:Experience developing Python scripts (5+ years)Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) conceptsSoftware Version Control experience (Git)QA AutomationStrong knowledge of testing concepts (functional/non-functional testing, unit testing, system testing, regression testing, defect lifecycle)Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Groovy)Experience performing REST API Testing (manual or automated)Test frameworks like Robot, Appium, and EspressoExperience working with test tools like Cucumber, Smite, TestlinkNice to haveExperience testing UI/HMIExperience working with other scripting languages (Perl, Ruby)Have an ISTQB CertificationExperience testing Android devices**Other**:LanguagesEnglish: B2 Upper IntermediateSeniorityRegularGuadalajara, MX, MexicoReq.
