Job RequirementsWe are looking for a senior QA Automation Engineering Lead to manage our Document Ingestion/AI function, for end-to-end testing in a fully automated manner.Primary responsibility of this resource is to understand the business workflows and then translate that into developing an end-to-end automated testing framework. Lead the framework and ensure automated testing framework is standardized with the team from the inception to go-live. Automated test framework should improve the quality of our testing and speed of delivery. Hands on experience with Automation Test Framework development. Experience with the following:- Developing an automated test framework- Agile methodologies- Ability to lead a large team, grooming the team along the way- Tightly integrated testing framework with the CI/CD pipeline- Knowledge of RPA tools like Workfusion, Soroco, UI Path is desirable.Work Experience**Responsibilities**:1) Work with Business, Engineering (Dev) & other teams to understand the CHUBB technology landscape2) Understand complete document ingestion domain / business knowledge3) Work with Infrastructure and Engineering team to understand the process4) Build an automated test framework using internal and external tools and technologies and implement as a standard across the entire team5) Lead and manage performance testing.6) Come up with the industry standard best practices to be followed for testing8) Responsible for designing and implementing Automated System, Performance and other types of testing across IPA program9) Should have knowledge on performance benchmarks & Metrics10) Build a team of Automation QA Engineers**Requirements**:1) 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience2) 2+ years of QA practitioner with solid experience of handling teams and work well with various teams in a matrix organization3) Understanding and knowledge of cloud is a must.4) 3+ years of experience or knowledge of Selenium, Java, Python and RPA tools like workfusion, Soroco, UI Path etc.5) Should have hands on Automation QA experience6) Should be able to articulate the importance of QA to business, Development team and Leadership team7) Should have solid experience of leading QA team from the scratch and been successful in delivering high quality deliverables from QA side8) Should have experience or good knowledge of automation of test tools like Selenium, QTP, Cucumber9) Should know the importance of Automation, when to automate and think through the importance of performance testing and its impact to the deliverables of QA
