Join Our Finance Team as a **General Accountant** (Mexico / U.S. Reporting)- Are you passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in accounting processes?_- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Accountant to support our operations in Mexico and collaborate closely with our U.S. Corporate Office._- This role is key to ensuring the integrity of financial records, timely closings, and compliance with both MEXGAAP and IFRS/NIIF standards._**Main Responsibilities**- Review and reconcile accounting and tax records, ensuring compliance with MEXGAAP and IFRS.- Lead monthly and annual closings, preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.- Support key areas (A/R, A/P, Treasury, Costs) with accruals, provisions, and adjustments.- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations (cash, banks, payroll, travel, assets, etc.).- Coordinate with U.S. team for closings, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.- Assist audits and implement accounting controls or process improvements.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting, preferably with background in Big firms- Strong technical knowledge in MEXGAAP, IFRS/NIIF, AIFRES.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems- Intermediate English level (written and spoken)- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.**What We Offer**- Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 based on experience- Work Schedule: office hours Monday to Friday- Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli- Benefits: Law benefits, professional development, and the opportunity to grow in a multinational environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Could you please describe your experience with general accounting processes (closings, reconciliations, financial statements)?- What accounting standards and systems have you worked with?
