The Digital team will play a key role in the bank’s transformation strategy by redesigning and automating & digitalizing processes with an end‑to‑end view, enhancing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and improving customer and employee experience. The team contributes to making operations more scalable, resilient, and focused on high‑value activities. Responsibilities As a member of the Digital team, you will be involved in: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions. Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline processes. Applying agile methodologies and continuous integration practices. Monitoring and improving system performance. Qualifications Location: Malaga, Spain – relocation is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell. Overall minimum 3 years of IT development experience. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/NoSQL, Oracle. Version control with GitLab, GitHub. Languages: Python, PySpark, Scala, PowerShell. Tools: MicroStrategy, Control‑M, Kafka. Knowledge of data and process revision/supervision. Agile teamwork and excellent communication skills. English level C1; Spanish a plus. Agile tools: Jira, Confluence. Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, certificate of higher education, vocational education, or technical certification. Qualities & Skills Analytical mindset and design thinking. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to explain technical problems to non‑technical stakeholders. Energetic, motivated, pragmatic, and results‑oriented.
