Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Key Account Manager performs a highly specialized position for the Company as he/she is responsible for developing relationships with our customers in assigned regions and increasing revenue through the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies**Responsibilities**- Build customer relationships- Understand and meet customer needs in terms of product, performance and market behavior- Monitor KPIs for all assigned accounts and/or territories assigned on a frequent basis including AGS’s performance, performance in relation to competitors, performance in relation to other operations in the shared territory, games configuration, floor layouts, billings, accounts receivable status, operational status, legal status and any other variables that may impact revenue and profitability.- Promote new products and games within the accounts assigned via quantitative and qualitative arguments- Recommend the Marketing department on events or tactics that may lead to higher performance- Attend and evaluate marketing initiatives implemented at their assigned accounts and/or territories ensuring proper execution while providing support to the Marketing and Product Management departments through detailed reports- Constantly monitor the industry locally, regionally, nationally and by account as to detect existing and potential issues and opportunities while recommending and developing solutions along with the commercial team- Conduct formal bimonthly business reviews with all accounts assigned. Performance, layout, new products and games, revenue, accounts payable status, must be reviewed in detail acquiring compromises that may lead to increasing revenue in the short, medium and large terms- Update operations database on a 3-month basis based on the documents and tools provided by the Sales, Marketing and/or Product Management departments and recommending on potential improvements to the process- Represent the company at relevant industry events or as instructed by the Sales Director**Skills/Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing or business administration- Minimum 3 years of sales, strategic planning and/or marketing experience- Ability to relate industry knowledge to create compelling programs and promotions- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.- Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent interpersonal skills with a team player attitude- Proactive and willing to take on more responsibilities as necessary- Gaming experience Preferred, but not required- Proficient with MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and abilities.- Knowledge of Salesforce system or other tracking systemsNote: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check**Posted positions are not open to third party recruiters and unsolicited resume submissions will be considered free referrals.****AGS in an equal opportunity employer.****Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $32,000.00 - $32,445.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
